His shape of body is realy terrible and his pregnant belly as well. He is far away from old school bodybuilding ideal.
Alexey should move to the US and work with hany Rambod or John Meadows. The young man needs a change. The potential is there, but the coaching is not. His best years do not need to be wasted on an individual with lacking nutrition or metabolic knowledge.
